Will my clients actually use it, or still just DM me?
Most will use the link, because it answers their questions faster than you can. The ones who DM anyway, you reply with the link — after a couple of weeks it becomes the normal way people book you. You don't have to enforce anything.
How do deposits work? Do you hold my money?
No. Payments go directly between your client and your bank account — Welkora never touches the money. The client transfers your deposit, uploads the receipt, and you tap verify. Card payments through Paystack are coming, and they'll settle to you the same way.
What does it cost?
Everything you can do today is free, and stays free — we won't move features you already rely on behind a plan. Anything we charge for later will be something you'd be adding: card deposits, WhatsApp reminders. You'll see the price and decide. No card required to start.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. They open your link, pick a service, pick a time, and enter their name and number. That's it. Anything that adds a signup step between a client and a booking is a client you lose.
Can I still take bookings the way I do now?
Yes. You can add a booking yourself in a few taps, so walk-ins, regulars and the aunty who only uses voice notes still land in the same calendar. The link is an addition, not a replacement for you.
What if I need to block a date or change my hours?
Set your weekly hours once, then block individual days as things come up — a wedding you're travelling for, a public holiday, a day off. The page only offers slots you've actually left open, so it can't double-book you.
Is my clients' information safe?
Client details are encrypted in transit and at rest, and only you can see the bookings on your account. We don't sell data and we don't message your clients for our own purposes.
