These terms govern your use of Welkora— the booking pages, dashboards, and catalogs we provide for independent service businesses. By creating an account or making a booking through a vendor's page, you agree to them.
Welkora is a software platform. Vendors use it to publish their services, availability, and payment instructions; clients use it to request and manage bookings. The service being booked — and any payment for it — is an agreement between the client and the vendor. Welkora is not a party to that transaction, does not hold funds, and does not process payments between clients and vendors.
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything on your page — services, prices, availability, payment details — and for honoring bookings you confirm. You must only publish content you have the right to use, and you may not use Welkora for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or other users.
Some vendors require a deposit by bank transfer before a booking is confirmed. Deposits are paid directly to the vendor; verifying the payment, delivering the service, and handling any refund are the vendor's responsibility. If a booking is declined or cancelled, contact the vendor about any deposit you have paid.
We work hard to keep Welkorafast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Welkora is not liable for indirect losses, missed appointments, or disputes between clients and vendors.
Welkora is free to use. If we introduce paid features they will be additional capabilities you choose to switch on — we will not move features you are already using behind a paid plan, and we will show you the price before anything is charged.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the app. Questions: hello@welkora.com.
